About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for checking figures, postings, and documents for accuracy, managing computerized financial information, and controlling cash and cash equivalents according to company policies. You will also organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies. Additional responsibilities include preparing, maintaining, and distributing statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and performing audits and reconciliations of all revenue postings.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify accuracy of figures, postings, and financial documents.
- Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
- Manage and secure cash and cash equivalents in accordance with cash handling policies.
- Organize and maintain files and records following retention and confidentiality guidelines.
- Prepare and distribute financial and statistical reports.
- Audit and reconcile all financial and revenue postings.
- Follow safety and security policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions.
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests; anticipate and address service needs.
- Engage with colleagues to foster positive working relationships and support team goals.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.
- Perform additional job duties as requested by supervisors.
