ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a key member of our financial team, you will:
- Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
- Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents following company policies and procedures
- Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial data
- Classify, code, and summarize financial data to compile and maintain financial records using journals, ledgers, or computers
- Prepare, audit, and distribute various reports, including statistical and financial documents
- Complete period-end closing procedures and reports
- Prepare and review bills, invoices, and account statements, ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Follow up and resolve outstanding accounts and vendor invoices until payments are received or resolved
- Coordinate with other departments as necessary and serve as a departmental role model
- Report work-related incidents immediately
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
- Perform additional reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Related Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related position
- Supervisory Experience: Not required
- Licenses or Certifications: None required
