RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and manage our social media strategy.
- Focus on community management by engaging with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner, and monitoring customer reviews.
- Assist both Social Media Manager and Content Creator in creating engaging and creative content, including posts and stories for various social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- Coordinate logistics for in-house content shoots and external agency social media campaigns, including scheduling posts and managing content calendars.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools such as Sprinklr and Meta.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Manage and oversee social media content.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Work with in-house graphic designers and content creators to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Communicate with influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Draft social media content calendars in alignment with the marketing calendars.
- Prepare and schedule social media content.
REQUIREMENTS
- A passion for social media and content creation.
- Experience in community management and engagement.
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills and creativity in content development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of graphic designers and content creators.
- Knowledge of SEO practices.
