Responsibilities

• Engage in real estate sales focusing on both secondary and off-plan markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with international clients and investors.
• Demonstrate proven sales performance through effective negotiation skills.
• Work independently to achieve individual sales targets.
• Support team efforts with new leads, facilitating continuous engagement in the marketplace.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional European language is preferred.
• Experience in the Dubai or UAE real estate market is preferred.
• Interest or previous experience in off-plan property sales is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in sales performance.
• Ability to work independently while meeting performance targets.
