Multilingual Property Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking multilingual property consultants located in Dubai with a background in real estate or luxury sales. Ideal candidates will possess language skills in German, French, Italian, Romanian, or other European languages. Please note that freshers and candidates residing outside the UAE will not be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a minimum of 1 year of real estate or luxury sales experience to engage with clients
• Communicate fluently in at least one additional language alongside strong English skills
• Foster relationships with international buyers and investors
• Conduct client consultations and build lasting relationships
• Present properties effectively to a diverse range of client profiles
• Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Previous experience in the Dubai real estate market is preferred

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of real estate or luxury sales experience
• Fluency in at least one language in addition to strong English
• Proven ability to communicate with international clients
• Strong skills in client consultation and relationship building
• Experience in presenting properties to varied client profiles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up capabilities
• Preferred experience in Dubai's real estate market
