Multimedia Design Specialist

Create high-quality digital-first visual assets, motion graphics, campaign adaptations, presentations, and multimedia content that translate Corporate Communications briefs into compelling brand-aligned outputs. The role supports Group campaigns, leadership communications, internal engagement, social content, events, and reputation-building initiatives through strong design craft, digital fluency, and AI-assisted production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate communication and marketing briefs into high-quality creative assets across multiple channels and formats.
• Design engaging static, animated, and interactive content aligned with brand, accessibility, and quality standards.
• Develop motion graphics, infographics, executive presentations, campaign visuals, and tailored creative adaptations.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, motion design tools, and AI-powered design platforms to enhance productivity and creativity.
• Ensure consistent brand application across digital, social, intranet, video, and campaign materials.
• Maintain organized design files, asset libraries, and reusable templates to support efficient content creation.
• Analyze performance data and stakeholder feedback to optimize creative effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with agencies, designers, content creators, videographers, and communications teams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in multimedia design, ideally within corporate communications, branding, agency, retail, hospitality, real estate, or other consumer-facing environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including graphic design, layout development, and digital content creation.
• Strong expertise in motion graphics, multimedia production, visual storytelling, and engaging content design.
• Experience using AI-powered design tools and digital asset production platforms to enhance creativity, efficiency, and content quality.
