Murex Credit Risk BA

A large bank in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Credit Risk Business Analyst (BA) for a Murex greenfield implementation. The successful candidate will assist in implementing various changes and projects as needed by the Risk team. The role involves handling corporate risk assessments, enhancing workflows according to business requirements, improving reports, performing business analysis, and actively engaging with business stakeholders to understand their needs. Additionally, the candidate will develop and refine business, functional, and testing requirements, manage relationships with users and stakeholders, and collaborate with vendors as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Handle corporate risk assessments and monitor transactions.
• Enhance or build workflows according to business requirements or address bug fixes.
• Improve reports and guide downstream systems to build reports based on existing business data.
• Perform business analysis, enhancements, and changes to Global Credit Risk solutions, including implementation.
• Actively engage in discussions with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into change or project initiatives.
• Develop and refine various business, functional, and testing requirements to support the project and related systems, collaborating with vendors as necessary.
• Build strong relationships and manage expectations with users and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

• 8 to 10 years of experience with Murex.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Credit Risk in MLC.
• MLC development skills.
• MxML experience.
• Unix scripting skills.
• Experience with components such as VAR, PSR, CVA, SIMM, FRTB.
• SQL proficiency.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Strong communication skills.
