Murex FO Production Support

A leading bank in Riyadh is seeking a Murex Production Support Consultant for their Front Office activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating the technical flow of all product bookings and reporting issues to the Murex vendor, tracking fixes, implementing tests, and ensuring closure. Additionally, the consultant will educate users on application usage, best practices, and limitations, while providing support to meet their needs effectively.

Other responsibilities include managing new change requests related to enhancements or deviations in business requirements versus vendor delivery, developing new product pipelines, portfolios, currency pairs, and simulation views. The role also involves coordinating with Murex on deliverables and supporting Business and QA teams for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validations and signoff. The consultant will ensure migration readiness by collecting and defining templates for each product category, ensuring accurate position management and manual activities. The role also requires handling ad-hoc requests, tracking Front Office deliverables, and providing status updates on the Front Office stream.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Murex Front Office Production Support.
• Proficient in Murex FO product booking and deliverables.
• Strong functional knowledge of Murex products.
• FO development skills.
• Language Requirement: English - C1 Advanced level.
