We are seeking a Murex FO Support Analyst to join the GM IT FO Squad at the company. This role is essential in providing IT services to the Global Markets team, focusing on support, change requests, and projects related to Global Markets. You will deliver level 1 and level 2 trading floor support to traders and control groups.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to traders and middle office users on daily issues including P&L/position mismatches and market data.
- Configure curves (rate, rate hedge, credit) and static data, including securities, generators, indices, currencies, vol surface, portfolios, user groups, access rights, etc., in Murex.
- Write new pre-trade rules and create/amend lookup tables, simulation views, e-tradepad strategies, and Live Book views.
- Work on patch and version upgrades, testing to reconcile any P&L/Greeks issues and avoiding regressions.
- Report progress on issues to the manager and stakeholders.
- Assist in developing business and operational processes and contribute to system training artifacts when required.
Mandatory Skills:
- 7-10 years of experience as Murex Front Office support.
- Extensive experience in setting up and validating Interest Rate curves, including for ARRs.
- Expertise in at least 2 asset classes such as IR vanilla and exotic derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, FX Derivatives, Structured Products, and Credit Derivatives.
- Strong knowledge of the FO Modules of Murex and experience implementing/supporting Murex v3.1.
- Excellent understanding of Capital Markets products and processes from front to back.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Postgraduate degree or qualification in Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in a Bank or IT Company.
- Strong record in stakeholder management and leadership.
- Familiarity with financial markets, trading, and banking solutions.
- Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders for business requirements and testing processes.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
