Murex FO Support

About the Job:
The Murex FO Support Analyst will join the GM IT FO Squad, which provides IT services to the Global Markets team. The squad is tasked with support, change requests, and projects related to Global Markets. This role includes delivering level 1 and level 2 trading floor support to traders and control groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support traders and middle office users with daily issues, including P&L/position mismatches and market data.
• Configure curves (rate, rate hedge, credit) and static data, including securities, generators, indices, and access rights in Murex.
• Write pre-trade rules and create/amend lookup tables, simulation views, e-tradepad strategies, and Live Book views.
• Test patch and version upgrades to reconcile any P&L/Greeks issues and avoid regressions.
• Report on issues and showstoppers to management and stakeholders.
• Assist in developing business and operational processes and system training artifacts when required.

Mandatory Skills:

• 7-10 years of experience in Murex Front Office support.
• Extensive experience in setting up and validating interest rate curves, including ARRs.
• Expertise in multiple asset classes, including at least 2 of the following: IR derivatives (vanilla and exotic), Equity Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, FX Derivatives, Structured Products, Credit Derivatives, and Fixed Income/Money Market.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, valuation, risk management, and sensitivities for exotic products.
• Comprehensive knowledge of FO modules in Murex such as E-Tradepad, Simulation, Livebook, and P&L Notepad.
• Experience with Murex v3.1 implementation for front office capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of Capital Markets products and processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Postgraduate degree or qualification in Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 5-7 years relevant work experience in a bank or IT company.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Understanding of financial markets, trading, and banking solutions.
• Technically proficient with exposure to bank systems and processes.
• Strong numerical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
