The Murex FO support analyst will be part of the GM IT FO Squad, responsible for providing IT services to the Global Markets team. This squad handles support, change requests, and projects related to Global Markets. Key responsibilities include providing level 1/level 2 trading floor support to traders and control groups.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support traders and middle office users on daily issues including PL/position mismatches, market data, and market operations.
- Configure curves (rate, rate hedge, credit) and static data, including securities, generators, indices, currencies, vol surface, portfolios, user groups, and access rights in Murex.
- Write new pre-trade rules and create/amend lookup tables, simulation views, e-tradepad strategies, and Live Book views.
- Work on patch upgrades and version upgrades testing to reconcile any PL/Greeks issues and avoid regressions.
- Report on the progress of issues or showstoppers to the manager and other stakeholders.
- Assist in developing business and operational processes and participate in developing system training artifacts when required.
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience as Murex Front Office support.
- Extensive experience in setting up and validating Interest Rate curves, including for ARRs.
- Expertise in at least two asset classes such as IR vanilla and exotic derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, FX Derivatives, Structured Products, and Credit Derivatives.
- Strong knowledge of pricing, valuation, risk management, and sensitivities, especially for exotic products.
- Significant exposure to FO Modules of Murex, including E-Tradepad, Simulation, Livebook, RTPM, and others.
- Experience in implementation and support of Murex v3.1 concerning front office capabilities.
- Excellent knowledge of Capital Markets products and processes, front to back.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, accompanied by excellent communication abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- A postgraduate degree or qualification in Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a Bank or IT Company.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Understanding of the financial markets, trading, and banking solutions.
- Experience with bank systems and processes.
- Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders for business requirements, specification documents, and testing processes.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages may be beneficial.
