Job Knowledge & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Murex Front Office Business Analyst.
  • Extensive experience in setting up and validating interest rate curves, particularly for Alternative Reference Rates (ARRs).
  • Expertise in at least two of the following asset classes: IR vanilla and exotic derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, FX Derivatives, Structured Products, Credit Derivatives, and Fixed Income/Money Market.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, valuation, risk management, and sensitivities, especially for exotic products.
  • Familiarity with Murex Front Office Modules, including E-Tradepad, Simulation, Livebook, RTPM, Pre-Trade Workflow, Market Data, Dynamic Tables, P&L Notepad, FDI Templates, Blotters, and Risk Matrices.
  • Experience in Murex v3.1 implementation regarding front office capabilities.
  • Solid knowledge of Capital Markets products and processes, covering end-to-end operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Postgraduate degree or qualification in Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in a Bank or IT Company.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Profound understanding of financial markets, trading, and banking solutions.
  • Familiarity with Global Markets products and practices, including pricing, limit checks, booking, risk management, accounting generation, settlements, and confirmations.
  • Technical proficiency and experience with banking systems and processes.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders for business requirements, specification documents, and testing processes.
  • Excellent numerical skills with the capability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
