The Murex Front Office Business Analyst will be responsible for product implementation within the Global Markets (GM) IT Front Office Squad. This team is pivotal in providing IT services to the Global Markets team, focusing on support, change requests, and projects.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document user requirements and transform them into functional specifications.
- Act as a key liaison between Global Markets teams, IT teams, and vendors.
- Participate in discussions to understand business needs and translate them into project initiatives.
- Define systems and data requirements; validate systems design and processes from functional and technical perspectives.
- Develop and refine business, functional, and testing requirements in collaboration with the vendor.
- Configure solutions according to requirements.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on the Murex suite of tools within the Front Office to optimize product capabilities.
- Create test plans, test cases, and execute system testing.
- Contribute to user training through discussions, guides, and presentations.
- Follow up with vendor support to resolve bugs or issues.
- Ensure a technical and functional handover of projects and changes to relevant teams.
- Assist in developing business and operational processes and participate in creating training materials when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Murex Front Office.
- Expertise in at least two asset classes, including IR derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, FX Derivatives, and Structured Derivatives.
- Experience in leading and delivering projects related to Murex.
- Familiarity with Murex v3.1 concerning front office capabilities.
- Experience implementing both linear and non-linear products in Murex.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.
- Proficient in Murex Front Office Modules such as eTradepad, Simulation, Livebook, RTPM, Pre-Trade Workflow, Market Data, Dynamic Tables, P&L Notepad, and Risk Matrices.
- Excellent knowledge of Capital Markets products and processes, from front to back.
- Language Requirement: English (C1 Advanced).
