Murex Integration Senior Consultant

A reputed bank in the UAE is seeking a Murex Integration Senior Consultant to take charge of the end-to-end delivery of interfaces. The role involves requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to build a robust network with various teams and third-party vendors. Effective production support while respecting timelines and maintaining good communication is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and document them clearly.
• Propose solution designs that align with guidelines.
• Implement complex solutions effectively.
• Navigate through the IT delivery process.
• Provide efficient production support.

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience with Mx3.1 MxML.
• In-depth knowledge of Murex MxMLExchange, Market Data Batch and Live modules, and the Murex Data model.
• Strong experience with interfaces (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, IHS Markit) to trading platforms and market data providers.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting and SQL programming.
• Understanding of overall Murex systems and Control-M.
• Ability to suggest improvements to existing solutions.
• Knowledge of financial products including FX, IRD, FI, EQD, CRD, MM, and COM.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies.

Education:

• A bachelor’s degree in information systems is required.
