Murex Migration Developer

A large bank in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Migration Lead for its Murex greenfield implementation project. The role involves the development of MXML import and export workflows using MXML Exchange. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of Murex 3.1 workflows, including trade, contract, and exchange workflows, and will have in-depth experience in Murex workflow development pertaining to the trade life cycle, system interface workflows, confirmation generation, and error management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop MXML import and export workflows using MXML Exchange.
• Ensure a good understanding of Murex 3.1 workflow.
• Suggest improvements in existing solutions based on analytical and technical skills.

Mandatory Skills:

• 7-10 years of total experience in Murex.
• 5-7 years of experience in Murex migration projects.
• Proficiency in MXML 3.1, XML/XST languages, Data Dictionaries, and Templates.
• Familiarity with trade interfaces such as MarkitWire, TOF, OMGEO, and RTNS.
• Technical knowledge in creating messaging queues (MQ).
• Experience with UNIX shell scripting.
• Understanding of the front-to-back trade life cycle.
• Familiarity with FX, IR, FI, and equity products.
