Murex Production Support - BO

A leading bank in Riyadh is seeking a Murex Production Support professional for their Back Office activities. This role involves managing the BO module delivery from Murex for all products, including confirmations, settlement instructions, and payment messages. You will support BO users with validation and adaptations to the Murex application efficiently, ensuring migration readiness and maintaining static data. Additionally, the position requires providing support for System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and generating required documentation, along with format reviews and GTX/OLS scenarios. Handling new developments and minor change requests internally, you will support reconciliations, Nostros, corporate actions, and daily business-as-usual (BAU) activities. Coordination with vendors for bug fixes and validations is also part of the role, as well as addressing ad-hoc requests, tracking BO deliverables, and providing status updates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the BO module delivery from Murex for all products.
• Support BO users with validation and adaptations.
• Ensure migration readiness and maintain static data.
• Provide support for SIT, UAT and documentation.
• Handle new developments and change requests.
• Support reconciliations, Nostros, and daily BAU.
• Coordinate with vendors for bug fixes and validations.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in Murex, specifically in the back office for confirmations, settlement instructions, and payment messages.
• Murex back office production support experience is essential.
• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.
