Murex Production Support - FO

A leading bank in Riyadh is looking for Murex Production Support for their Front Office activities. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities:

• Validate the technical flow of all product bookings and report issues with the Murex vendor. Track fixes, deploy, test, and ensure closure.
• Educate users on application usage, best practices, limitations, and support them in catering to their needs effectively.
• Manage new Change Requests (CRs) related to enhancements or deviations in the requirements from business versus vendor delivery.
• Develop new product pipelines, new portfolios, new currency pairs, simulation views, etc.
• Coordinate with Murex on their deliverables, and support business and QA teams for System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validations, and signoff.
• Prepare for Migration Readiness by collecting and defining templates for each product category, ensuring correct position management, and managing manual activities.
• Address any other ad-hoc requests, track Front Office deliverables, and provide status updates on the Front Office stream.

Mandatory Skills:

• Murex production support experience, particularly with front office deliverables and product booking.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in a relevant role.
