Murex Production Support - FO

About the Job: A leading bank in Riyadh is seeking a Murex Production Support professional for their front office activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Validating the technical flow of all product bookings and reporting issues with the Murex vendor, tracking fixes, deploying, testing, and ensuring closure. - Educating users on application usage, best practices, and limitations, while catering to their needs effectively. - Managing new change requests (CRs) related to enhancements or deviations in requirements between the business and vendor delivery. - Developing new product pipelines, new portfolios, new currency pairs, simulation views, etc. - Coordinating with Murex on their deliverables and supporting business and QA teams for System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validations, and sign-off. - Ensuring migration readiness by collecting and defining templates for each product category and managing positions correctly. - Handling any ad-hoc requests, tracking front office deliverables, and providing status updates on the front office stream. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site) Work Conditions: Full-time Mandatory Skills: - Murex experience, specifically in front office deliverables and production support. - Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
