Murex Production Support - FO

A leading bank in Riyadh is seeking a Murex Production Support professional for their Front Office activities. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Validate the technical flow of all product bookings and report issues to the Murex vendor. Track fixes, deploy, test, and ensure closure.
• Educate users on application usage, best practices, limitations, and support their needs effectively.
• Manage new change requests related to enhancements or deviations in requirements from the Business versus vendor delivery.
• Develop new product pipelines, portfolios, currency pairs, simulation views, etc.
• Coordinate with Murex on their deliverables and support Business and QA teams for SIT and UAT validations and sign-offs.
• Ensure migration readiness by collecting and defining templates for each product category and managing positions correctly.
• Handle any other ad-hoc requests, track Front Office deliverables, and provide status updates.

• Murex production support experience (Front Office)

• Murex Front Office product booking
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in a related field.
