Program Overview
The company's Tomoh Apprenticeship is a paid six-month training program focused on accelerating Emirati employability through early-in-profession recruitment and skilling programs. The program comprises two phases:

  • Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling (1 month)
    • Introduction to the company's mission, culture, strategy, and structure.
    • Technical skilling to achieve globally recognized technical certifications.
    • Professional development in project management, change management, interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management.
  • Phase 2 - On-the-job Training (5 months)
    • Practical experience as a National Technology Officer, including job shadowing.
    • Engagement in mentorship and coaching sessions.
    • Support for digital transformation projects across company teams.
    • Advanced training in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in market development and technology initiatives across public sector, regulated industries, and national strategic programs.
  • Conduct research on technology trends including AI, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and regulatory developments.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities involving customers, government entities, industry organizations, and ecosystem partners.
  • Analyze policies, regulatory environments, and market opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Provide support to internal teams by compiling insights, preparing presentations, and coordinating strategic projects.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at removing barriers to technology adoption and enhancing digital transformation outcomes across various industries.
  • Collaborate within the company's National Technology Office to exchange insights, best practices, and lessons learned.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

  • Emirati National with a UAE Family Book.
  • Legally authorized to work in the UAE (citizenship or valid work permit).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Public Policy, International Relations, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A passion for technology and its impact on customers.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively across diverse teams and functions.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Experience in data analysis, public policy research, technology strategy, or government engagement through academic or extracurricular activities.

This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until filled.
