About The Role
Are you a dynamic operational leader ready to orchestrate seamless flight experiences and drive excellence in the fast-paced world of aviation? This role involves driving operational efficiency and fuel-saving initiatives through innovative navigation and flight operations analysis. You will shape and validate specialized navigation procedures, working alongside simulator and operational teams to ensure safety and practicality during implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting flight crews with expert navigation guidance, including advanced escape procedures and performance-based navigation (PBN) profiles.
• Designing and maintaining vital drift-down and depressurization procedures, ensuring customized navigation charts are accurate and support the airline’s global operations.
• Assessing aerodrome suitability, route options, and navigation constraints to support network planning and safe operations.
• Collaborating with Flight Operations, Safety, Engineering, and external partners for navigation updates and operational readiness.

About You
Candidates should be degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an airline flight operations environment related to this role. Aviation experience is mandatory, along with a good working knowledge of air navigation regulations. A strong background in planning systems, familiarity with Jeppesen charts, Aviator, and attendance in LIDO training is preferred.
