Are you a dynamic operational leader ready to orchestrate seamless flight experiences and drive excellence in the fast-paced world of aviation? This role offers the opportunity to enhance operational efficiency and fuel-saving initiatives through innovative navigation and flight operations analysis. You will be instrumental in shaping and validating specialized navigation procedures, collaborating with simulator and operational teams to ensure safety and practicality for implementation.
Your responsibilities will include providing expert navigation guidance to flight crews, assisting with advanced escape procedures, performance-based navigation (PBN) profiles, and aerodrome suitability assessments. Additionally, you will design and maintain critical drift-down and depressurization procedures, ensuring personalized navigation charting solutions are accurate and supportive of the airline’s global network operations.
You will assess aerodrome suitability, route options, and navigation constraints to support network planning and safe operations. As a solutions-focused professional, you will identify opportunities for safety, efficiency, and cost improvements by analyzing navigation procedures, airspace changes, and operational constraints.
Moreover, you will ensure that pilots and operational teams have access to accurate and customizable Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) charting solutions to facilitate smooth daily operations across the airline network. Collaboration with Flight Operations, Safety, Engineering, and external partners will be essential for coordinating navigation updates, approvals, and implementation timelines.

About You:
You should be degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years of experience within an airline flight operations environment in a similar role. Aviation experience is mandatory. A good working knowledge of air navigation-related regulations is expected. Familiarity with planning systems, Jeppesen charts, Aviator, and LIDO training will be highly regarded.
