nCINO Product Engineer

We are seeking an experienced nCINO Product Engineer to join our team at Virtusa. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of product experience in the nCINO Loan Origination System and a strong background in Salesforce APEX development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support the nCINO Loan Origination System.
• Be proficient in nCINO configuration, administration, and integration development.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle and coordinate with business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain workflows within the nCINO platform.

Education and Experience:

• Degree or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience with the nCINO Loan Origination System and related technical skills.

Technical Skills Required:

• nCINO Configuration, Admin, and Implementation experience

• nCINO Workflow Development and Maintenance

Functional Skills:

• Strong understanding of the banking domain and terminology.
• Experience with commercial loan origination.
• Ability to manage multiple modules and understand client-specific requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior and executive management.
• Ability to influence teams on technical considerations and enhance productivity.
• Self-motivator and self-starter who can drive projects without supervision and collaborate effectively across organizations.
