About the Role
We are currently looking for an NCR ATM Application Support professional to join our Qatar operations team. This role involves performing support tasks and technical analysis to ensure the smooth functioning of ATM applications.

Responsibilities

Perform Level 1 analysis and raise tickets with NCR ATM software support based on analysis and feedback.
Support operations projects and provide assistance for operational issues.
Assist in the deployment of patches, development releases, and production fixes in accordance with SIT/UAT progress.
Share logs and findings for incidents and support cases raised with NCR software support.
Complete all assigned technical requests efficiently.
