About the Role
We are currently looking for NCR ATM Application Support for our Qatar operations. This role involves providing essential support for ATM applications, ensuring smooth operation and prompt issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Perform Level 1 analysis and raise tickets with NCR ATM Software support based on the analysis and feedback provided.
Support operations projects and troubleshoot operational issues.
Assist in the deployment of patches, development releases, and production fixes according to SIT/UAT progress.
Share logs and findings for incidents and support cases raised with NCR software support.
Complete assigned "Tech Requests."

Requirements

Experience in ATM application support, preferably with NCR systems.
Proficient in troubleshooting and performing analysis on ATM operations.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with the NCR software support team.

Contract and Joining Details

Joining timeframe: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).

This position is critical for maintaining the operational integrity of ATM services and ensuring prompt resolutions to any arising issues.
