About the Role

We are currently seeking an NCR ATM Operation Consultant for our operations in Qatar. This role involves providing essential support for ATM operations and ensuring smooth technical execution throughout various operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level 1 analysis on ATM issues and raise tickets with NCR ATM software support based on analysis and feedback.
• Provide support for operational projects and resolve ongoing operations issues.
• Assist in the deployment of patches, development releases, and production fixes, following the SIT/UAT process.
• Share logs and findings related to incidents and support cases raised with NCR software support.
