NCR ATM System Administrator

About the Role
We are currently seeking an NCR ATM System Administrator for our operations in Qatar. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient functioning of NCR ATM systems and involves a variety of tasks focused on supporting operations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with NCR software support.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level 1 analysis and raise tickets with NCR ATM software support based on the analysis and feedback.
• Support operations projects by providing assistance with operations issues.
• Assist in the deployment of patches, development releases, and production fixes following SIT/UAT progress.
• Share logs and findings for incidents and support cases raised with NCR software support.
• Complete assigned "Tech Requests."

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills, particularly in diagnosing and addressing ATM system issues.
• Ability to effectively communicate with NCR support and document incidents comprehensively.
• Experience with ATM systems and relevant software solutions is preferred.

• Candidates should be available to join within 2 weeks, with a maximum flexibility of 1 month.
