We are currently seeking an NCR ATM System Administrator to join our operations team in Qatar. This role is essential in maintaining the operational efficiency of our NCR ATM systems, supporting technical projects, and resolving issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

Perform Level 1 analysis on ATM system issues and submit tickets with NCR ATM software support based on analysis and feedback.
Provide operational support for ongoing projects and troubleshoot operations-related issues.
Assist in the deployment of software patches, development releases, and production fixes in accordance with SIT/UAT progress.
Share logs and findings for incidents and support cases raised with NCR software support teams.
Complete assigned technical requests in a timely manner.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills and experience with Level 1 support in ATM systems.
Familiarity with NCR ATM software and operations.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external support services.
