Responsibilities

Perform Level 1 analysis and raise tickets with NCR ATM software support based on analysis and feedback.
Provide support for operations projects and address any operational issues that arise.
Assist in the deployment of patches, development releases, and production fixes according to SIT/UAT progress.
Share logs and findings related to incidents and support cases raised with NCR software support.
