Key Accountabilities & Activities
- Be responsible and take accountability for the division's functions, goals, plans, and others.
- Establishment, monitoring, and tracking of divisional KPIs.
- Providing business and strategic advice, information, and insights.
- Liaising with key NEOM and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Developing and/or reviewing executive content, technical content, and overseeing digital transformation activities.
- Collaborating with other senior leaders and departments to drive organizational success.
- Providing mentorship training and guidance to peers.
Background, Skills & Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in consulting or leadership roles.
- Proven experience in business and organizational management, portfolio and project management.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking skills, and ability to assess and mitigate operational risks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (MS Preferred), MBA from top-tier universities.
- Relevant professional certification from a recognized professional institution, such as a professional Engineer or equivalent.
