Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET 8, and Web API.
- Implement real-time communication frameworks, specifically SignalR, to create features such as live chat and agent hand-off workflows.
- Utilize Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) methodologies in application development.
- Ensure application structure supports high scalability and testing isolation.
- Manage and optimize SQL Server databases and integrate Oracle databases while creating repositories that handle complex stored procedures with multiple cursors.
- Collaborate on AI-enabled applications using Python and/or TypeScript for building and integrating APIs and automation solutions.
- Demonstrate understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Model Context Protocol (MCP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Generative AI concepts, alongside prompt engineering fundamentals.
- Communicate complex technical and AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution designs as needed.
- Work effectively under structured project environments, akin to government and RFP frameworks.
- Provide operational support for production systems and critical deployments.
Requirements
- Mastery of C#, .NET 8, and Web API development.
- Strong experience with real-time communication frameworks, specifically SignalR.
- Familiarity with Blazor Web Apps is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL Server.
- Experience with Oracle database integration and handling complex stored procedures.
- Familiarity with Python and/or TypeScript for AI-related development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and documentation skillset; team-oriented mindset.
- Experience with MLOps practices, Docker/containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to systems in the healthcare, licensing, or insurance domains is a plus.
