Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary squad to contribute to company-wide objectives.
- Assist in designing and developing software solutions under guidance.
- Implement experiments and derive insights from data.
- Write clean and maintainable code with support from peers and mentors.
- Participate in code reviews to enhance coding standards and quality.
- Contribute to discussions about architecture and design within the team.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Technical Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in Backend Development.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET (Core, NET 6+), preferably with fintech industry experience.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, including API integration.
- Knowledge of Entity Framework and SQL, including database design and queries.
- Familiarity with cloud services and hosting environments is a plus.
- Exposure to .NET testing libraries like XUnit, NSubstitute, or Fluent Assertions is advantageous.
- Understanding of event-driven architectures or microservices is a plus.
