Responsibilities
- Master C#, .NET 8, and Web API development.
- Implement real-time communication frameworks, especially SignalR for live chat and agent hand-off workflows.
- Develop applications using Blazor Web Apps (highly preferred).
- Apply Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) in implementations.
- Structure applications for high scalability and testing isolation.
- Work with SQL Server and integrate Oracle databases, handling complex stored procedures returning multiple cursors.
- Engage with Python and/or TypeScript for developing or integrating AI-enabled applications, APIs, and automation solutions.
- Utilize understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), MCP (Model Context Protocol), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Familiarize oneself with Generative AI concepts and basic prompt engineering.
- Communicate technical and AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Document processes effectively and foster a team-oriented environment.
- Implement MLOps practices using Docker/containerization and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Gain exposure to healthcare, licensing, or insurance domain systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.
- Work within structured project environments associated with government/RFP frameworks.
- Provide support for production systems, critical deployments, and operational requests as required.
