We are seeking a talented .Net Backend Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute directly to company-wide objectives.

Position Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing software solutions under guidance.
• Collaborate with team members to implement experiments based on data-driven insights.
• Write clean, maintainable code with peer and mentor support.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Contribute to team discussions on architecture and design.

About You
You are an enthusiastic developer with 1 to 2 years of experience. You are eager to learn and work closely with product, data, and design teams to solve customer problems. You are committed to enhancing your skills and growing within a collaborative environment.

Required Skills & Profile

• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and time & space complexity.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably C#).
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and querying.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies.
