.NET Workflow Developer

About the Role
This position involves the development and enhancement of workflow applications tailored to meet strict business requirements and process designs. The role encompasses the entire lifecycle of application management, from initial development to post-deployment support, ensuring that the applications function efficiently and meet the needs of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new workflow applications based on approved business requirements and process designs.
• Enhance existing workflow applications to improve routing, validation, approval controls, user experience, reporting, and system integration.
• Support workflow application configuration, role/group mapping, task assignment logic, and user access coordination.
• Coordinate with IT architecture, user services, middleware, security, and infrastructure teams to address integration or technical dependencies.
• Assist Operations in technical feasibility assessments, impact analysis, development estimation, and solution design.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect fixing, production deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment notes, configuration details, and knowledge transfer records.
