Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetIQ professional to join our team as a NetIQ Administrator / IAM Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily administration and strategic development of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform. You will play a key part in ensuring system integrity, security, and driving future integrations and enhancements.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Contract Duration: 6 months initial contract, with the potential for permanent employment afterwards
Notice Period: 0-15 days (Immediate joiners preferred)
Work Conditions: On-site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily administration and support of the NetIQ platform, including user provisioning, role and entitlement management, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security controls to ensure optimal operation.
  • Implement necessary patches, upgrades, and configuration changes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap and strategy.
  • Support and implement integrations of NetIQ with various applications, directories (e.g., LDAP/AD), and other enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Act as a subject-matter expert (SME), providing technical guidance on NetIQ IAM capabilities to the team and business.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience in NetIQ Identity & Access Management (IAM) administration and operations.
  • Strong technical expertise in user provisioning, workflow configuration, directory integration (LDAP/AD), and connectors.
  • Familiarity with core security concepts, compliance frameworks, and access governance principles.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to contribute to strategic initiatives, including roadmap planning, platform enhancements, and new integrations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
