NetSuite ACS Functional Consultant

About the Job
Oracle NetSuite is reinventing the engagement model for our growing installed base of valued Customers. The Advanced Customer Support (ACS) offering has been created to provide an umbrella subscription service that facilitates continuous NetSuite improvement and adds value.

In this role, you will:

• Work with customers to remediate high-priority gaps
• Evaluate and test client business processes, IT controls, and identify areas of risk for management
• Architect solutions for complex business requirements, collaborating with our dedicated Technical Services (TS) team
• Apply current knowledge of IT trends and systems processes to identify security and risk management issues, along with opportunities for overall process improvement
• Research and consult on various tax matters
• Define detailed functional requirements and design for the TS team to test automations and integrations to NetSuite
• Customize and consult on financial reporting to enhance understanding, including Balance Sheets, Income statements, and Cash Flow statements
• Conduct general ledger account analysis, reconciliation, bank statements, and intercompany accounts
• Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by team members

Requirements

• 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience in application-centric functional or technical roles
• Experience in vertical markets such as Warehouse Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, Software Services
• Familiarity with NetSuite or competitive cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
• Creativity and ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize solutions
