Responsibilities

  • Drive channel sales revenue with newly recruited and existing channel partners in the designated territory.
  • Directly influence customers and drive license sales negotiation in accordance with the partner joint closing plan for each opportunity.
  • Drive partner performance by setting KPIs, monitoring execution, and coaching partners toward predictable revenue outcomes.
  • Organize forecast and pipeline weekly and monthly reviews with all assigned partners to attain forecast accuracy.
  • Identify suitable prospect partners and recruit new channel partners based on business needs, prioritizing high-growth and underserved markets.
  • Collaborate with partners to build quarterly and yearly business plans focusing on driving the company channel business and revenue acceleration.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with partner executives and leadership teams to foster long-term, strategic engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise software sales, channel management, or alliances.
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English; Swahili language skills are a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of current Africa market knowledge.
  • Experience working with SaaS, ERP, CRM, or business applications.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven success in creating and executing joint business plans with partners.
