Responsibilities

  • Drive channel sales revenue with newly recruited and existing channel partners.
  • Directly influence customers and drive license sales negotiations in alignment with partner joint closing plans.
  • Set KPIs, monitor execution, and coach partners toward predictable revenue outcomes.
  • Identify suitable prospect partners and recruit new channel partners based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with partners to build quarterly and yearly business plans focusing on driving revenue acceleration.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with partner executives and leadership teams to foster long-term engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in enterprise software sales, channel management, or alliances.
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English; Zulu or Afrikaans skills are a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the South Africa market.
  • Experience working with SaaS, ERP, CRM, or business applications.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven success in creating and executing joint business plans with partners.
  • Business savvy with the ability to build credibility at the C-Level.
