The Business Systems team is responsible for systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce, collaborating closely with operations teams to implement business processes and maintain compliance. We are looking for an individual with a genuine interest in understanding business, high engineering standards, and a commitment to delivering a top-notch experience for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engineering solutions in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews.
- Learn Canonical business processes and provide mentorship depending on seniority.
- Develop and advocate for effective engineering and organizational practices.
Requirements:
- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling alternative narrative.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems.
- Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
- Result-oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments.
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events.
