Position

Sell Oracle's NetSuite application software and related services to existing accounts in a defined territory. The selling activities and relationship nurturing are conducted over the telephone and in person. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers as the lead point of contact on all account management matters, building trusted advisor relationships with key business executives and stakeholders both internal and external via solution provider partners.

You will manage sales through forecasting, account strategy planning, and post-closure customer support. Your role will require articulating business benefits of NetSuite solutions to the relevant audience and managing a volume business with many deals in a given period. You will negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to the point of close, develop new business with existing clients, and identify areas of improvement to grow opportunities within the territory to meet business quotas.

You will also develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications across various lines of business, work closely with solution providers, pre-sales, and professional services implementation teams on all customer projects as one team, and identify and develop strategic alignment with key third-party influencers. Participation in the creation, presentation, and sales of a complete value proposition via telephone, internet, webinars, and customer meetings is essential.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in selling ERP solutions either on-premise or Cloud
  • Consistent track record of delivering to quota and revenue goals—ideally within the ERP industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal/external clients
  • Strong customer management skills including business justification, negotiation, and closing
  • Excellent organizational and influencing skills
  • Enthusiasm to learn new skills and technologies
  • Strong desire to overachieve revenue goals
  • Ability to complete own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures
