Position

The company is seeking a Network Administrator for our location in Sigonella, Italy. In this role, you will support the CNIC N6 Network by providing technical support to Audio Visual (AV) and Video Teleconference (VTC) systems. Your responsibilities will include maintaining, troubleshooting, upgrading, and administering AV/VTC and network systems.

Key duties include:

  • Continuously monitor AV/VTC and network infrastructure systems for vendor supportability status, providing recommendations to minimize any End Of Life (EOL) or End of Support (EOS) issues.
  • Acquire and maintain accounts for downloading or upgrading AV/VTC and network device operating systems or firmware.
  • Schedule and perform necessary patching or upgrades during off-peak hours.
  • Provide administrative support for CLASSIFIED and UNCLASSIFIED meetings, ensuring all AV/VTC equipment is ready for operation prior to sessions.
  • Support the design, configuration, and maintenance of Wide Area Networks (WAN), Local Area Networks (LAN), and other network monitoring solutions.
  • Test configurations to ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Qualifications:

  • Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
  • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification.
  • High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related discipline, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Cisco Network switches/hardware and running ACAS scans to maintain compliance with DISA STIGs.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Valid/active U.S. Passport required.
