Essential Job Functions
- Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaborate with experienced architects to contribute to infrastructure projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and ensure the performance, security, and cost-effectiveness of infrastructure components.
- Learn and receive guidance from senior team members, actively seeking opportunities to grow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Assist in basic troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Follow established infrastructure standards and best practices.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role of relevant work experience in infrastructure architecture or related roles.
- Basic understanding of infrastructure platforms, virtualization, and network concepts.
- A strong interest in infrastructure architecture and technology.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology trends.
Other Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (i.e., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
- Basic scripting and automation skills using tools like PowerShell, Bash, or Python are a plus.
