Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site network support for local customers.
- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems and networks.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to networking and IT functions.
- Provide user support, training, and assistance with various applications and software programs.
Impact:
- Focus on designing, communicating, and implementing operational plans for completing engineering-based projects.
- Monitor project progress and performance against plans, resolving operational problems to minimize delays.
- Gather necessary resources for project completion; including engineering standards, designs, work specifications, project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and selection of materials and staff.
Required Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of SCADA experience, and at least 3 years in Network Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a similar field.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with SCADA-RTU integration.
- Knowledge of Energy and Utility protocols such as 60870-5-101, 60870-5-104, MODBUS TCP, RTU, DNP3, ICCP, OPC UA, DA, and MQTT.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
