About the Job
As a network engineer, you will be responsible for administering LAN, WAN, routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and network-security components within the approved scope. Key responsibilities include monitoring network health, capacity, and availability, and responding to alerts, incidents, and performance degradation. You will troubleshoot connectivity across offices, data centers, hosted environments, and approved external services, as well as coordinate approved changes with telecom providers, TDRA, and other relevant parties. Maintaining network diagrams, IP plans, configuration baselines, inventories, backups, and operational runbooks is also a crucial part of the role. Additionally, you will support firewall-rule, segmentation, and secure-connectivity activities in coordination with cybersecurity, contribute to resilience, capacity, failover, and disaster-recovery testing, and participate in agreed on-call coverage for critical network incidents.

Requirements
To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 6 years of enterprise network engineering experience, along with strong knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, wireless, VPN, firewalls, and network monitoring. A CCNP or equivalent professional-level certification is preferred, with a CCIE being an advantage. Relevant experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent security platforms is also preferred, as well as strong incident troubleshooting and technical documentation capabilities.
