GovCIO is currently hiring for a Network Engineer position located in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will gather information about the capabilities of company products and analyze both the technical capabilities of those products and competing solutions. The Network Engineer will be responsible for generating quantifiable requirements based on customer descriptions and ensuring compliance through formal verification methods.

Key responsibilities include:
- Translating high-level product development strategies into detailed network and system requirement specifications.
- Coordinating the development of standards, practices, and procedures related to network and system development.
- Designing interfaces and integrating network and system elements for optimal performance.
- Acting as a customer liaison and providing support for business development activities.
- Planning, designing, and installing equipment while leveraging knowledge of engineering and programming.
Additional tasks involve the installation of new hardware and software, performance monitoring, and reviewing test plans to ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 5 - 8 years of related experience.
- Clearance Required: Secret.
- At least five years of Network Engineering experience with U.S. Navy or comparable Department of Defense agencies.
- Two years of experience with network management tools.
- Three years of experience in network design and operations.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+.
- Experience working OCONUS in security cooperation efforts or for foreign customers.
Preferred Skills:
- Three years of supporting C4I systems.
- Experience with NAVWAR prime mission products and interacting with U.S. and foreign senior military/government officials.
- Master’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
Salary Range: USD $90,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 per year.
