Network Engineer

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for working closely with the business and engineering teams to implement and maintain critical infrastructure elements, supporting both current and future business needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Technical expertise in collaboration and telephony technologies, including Microsoft Teams, Asterisk, CUCM, CUBE, and SIP.
• Design, configure, and maintain telephony systems, such as PBX and VoIP solutions.
• Manage and maintain Cisco ASA and FTD Firewalls.
• Perform network maintenance, system upgrades, and service patches.
• Support network infrastructure, including configuration and installation of routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Provide 3rd line network support, execute network implementations, and ensure daily performance and security of network systems.
• Maintain documentation for all networking hardware and software.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in network engineering.
• Certifications such as CCNA Routing and Switching, CCNP Routing and Switching or CCNP Enterprise, and Azure Cloud certification are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of network security technologies, VPNs, and cloud technologies (Azure and AWS).
• Ability to work independently and as a team player, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
