Your Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support data center networking technologies, including Cisco ACI, VMware NSX-T, and core and perimeter firewalls.
- Develop implementation plans, low-level designs, system diagrams, configuration guides, test plans, support procedures, and runbooks.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide post-production support, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
- Work with Systems, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure solutions are securely deployed and in line with approved designs.
- Plan and execute operational readiness activities to transition infrastructure projects into production support.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, maintain technical knowledge, and ensure adherence to the company's quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong experience in core switching, routing, data center networking, Cisco ACI, and VMware NSX-T.
- Experience implementing and supporting core and perimeter firewalls, with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Clear communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Relevant Cisco certification, such as CCIE Routing and Switching, Security or Data Center. Additional certifications like Palo Alto PCNSE or Fortinet certification; VMware VCIX-NV is preferred.
