We are looking for a Network Engineer to support one of the biggest Global Technology Leaders in the world. This position will be based in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer delivery engagements and provide escalation support for large-scale solutions and complex issues through deep technical expertise.
- Provide leadership capabilities and insight for the creation and sharing of intellectual capital, influencing the Engineering team to improve products, while actively mentoring and developing others.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to showcase the value of Cisco services and solutions to customers.
- Drive customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services.
- Build customer simulations to resolve/validate complex problems and compatibility issues.
- Lead the creation and dissemination of technical collateral, intellectual capital, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Provide technical expertise and escalation support in documenting and resolving technical problems found in products and solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Effective contributions in Customer Problem Resolution, Innovation, Engineering Engagement, Intellectual Capital, and Talent Development.
- Strong mentoring and development capabilities for others.
- Lead the creation and sharing of intellectual property including digital content (e.g., scripts, software assets) in a productive manner for various audiences and customers.
- Interaction with Engineering to solve complex problems, identifying serviceability issues, and driving their resolution with Engineering and other organizations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex customer problems in support of escalations.
