You will support the design and delivery of city-wide IP network architecture, including backbone, metro, and access networks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with routing, switching, and security standards.
- Participating in design reviews and providing technical input.
- Reviewing and engineering IP/MPLS/SRv6 network designs.
- Configuring and reviewing routing protocols and QoS policies.
- Supporting integration of IP networks with various transport and access technologies.
- Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting incidents.
- Managing network change activities, including configuration changes and maintenance.
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to align IP network requirements.
- Mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in IP network design, implementation, and operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of IP/MPLS, routing and switching technologies, and security controls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and vendors.
Desired Skills
- Professional networking certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Juniper JNCIS).
- Experience in smart city, telecom, or digital infrastructure programs.
- Knowledge of software-defined networking (SDN) and network automation.
- Experience in NOC/SOC operations and network security.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is preferred.
